Hoggin Easingwold

Hoggin is a colloquial term and refers to all manner of aggregate with little regard for specification. Traditionally when asked for Easingwold Hoggin customers normally mean a larger stone used for gabion baskets of for rockeries however it could also mean stone for land drainage! At lightwater quarries, we have excellent knowledge of aggregates and the applications they are best used in as well as the type of stone which would provide the best solution for our customers be it gravel, limestone or a harder quarried stone like dolerite.

If our Easingwold customers call and ask for Hoggin we are happy to oblige, understanding the application for which the stone will be used enables us to work with our customers to supply the right material for the job ensuring the best in service and quality.
